YOU MUST FULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE. WE WISH TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN A TOP LEVEL PUBLISHING SERVICE FOR ALL OUR MEMBERS.
PLEASE FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MUST TAKE THE TERMS OF SERVICE SERIOUSLY, AS IT WILL BE YOUR ONLY WARNING AND VIOLATION WILL INEVITABLY CONSTITUTE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

The following terms of service govern your use of the Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards web site and the Article Propel plugin. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards may without notice change the terms of service as they feel fit at any time.

1. All content which is submitted by members of Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards must be related to the best suited categories which are displayed within the publisher submission area. Your topics may include sub-categories as long as the main theme of your content relates to the main category.
2. All content is reviewed prior to syndication, any content which is not related to the available topic will be rejected without notice. Habitual abuse of this rule will result in termination of user account.
3. All content submission, including titles must be submitted in the spun content described in our FAQ. in a spun format. Articles containing any form of tracking code or that are unreadable in basic English or that have with gross grammatical errors will be rejected and deleted.
4. Submitting the same article multiple times is against this terms of service and if habitually done will result in account termination. Submitting articles of the same topic or subject that are just slightly altered will constitute a duplicate submission, and will result in account termination. You may or may not receive a warning if it is found that you have abused these rules.
5. All members of Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards agree not to create any form of link wheel within their articles by directly linking from one article to another article within the Article Propel network of sites. There is a no tolerance policy in effect pertaining to this, and if a member is caught attempting to create links to their syndicated content within their submitted articles, their account will be instantly terminated, and then banned, and all articles submitted will be deleted from the all network sites. There will be no other warnings regarding this. You may link to your article within the network from a source outside of the network.
6. Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) content may not be published unless it has been completely rewritten by you or some one you hired, and it must be in spun format to be accepted. Original content is recommended.
7. Titles may not contain URLs, and are strictly forbidden, articles which are not adhering to rule will be deleted and a warning issue. Habitual violation will result in account termination.
8. Our network allows for in content linking, do not place all links at the bottom of your article. Your links need to be placed throughout your article body, abuse of this policy may result in account termination.
9. Article titles must not contain your brand name or author name. Titles must be the description of the content.
10. Affiliate linking may be included within your article, however, must be in form of a how to or review article. Links or affiliate links to competitor sites are prohibited and will lead to automatic account termination.
11. For a list of prohibited material please review our FAQ, as violating will result in immediate termination of account and banning of IP.
12. Each member is allotted a certain amount of submissions per month, at months end any not used are not carried over. Members are not allowed to reuse the same article over and over. This can lead to termination.
13. No member at any time is authorized to resell content syndication through their account on any venue that competes directly with Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards. This includes forums, web directories, or any platform or web site that allows for the advertising and acquisition of customers for services that offer on the internet or in traditional advertising.
14. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards has been created to assist it’s users with link building. Due to the nature of SEO and of of syndicated content Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards makes no claims for members to earn income, generate traffic, or increase search engine rankings.
15. Usage of the Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards and it’s subsidiary websites constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Service set herewith forth. The user subscribers have agreed to abide by all the terms of service in order to have full usage of products ordered. Premium members pay a monthly subscription to syndicate content across the network of user’s websites. Should member fail to provide subscription dues at the regular billing cycle member will immediately forfeit the right to have access to and publish content on Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’ website until such time as membership fees are brought current. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards (articlepropel.com) has a no refund policy, members can cancel at any time, however the member agrees that they are not entitled to any refund of previous months or a pro-rated refund. Should a member cancel their membership they will have full use of their membership through the complete billing cycle of the month was notified of cancellation. Members syndicated content will not be deleted from our network due to cancellation.
16. Members whom are using Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards to syndicate content for their SEO clients are not authorized to use the name Article Propel as leverage in their marketing efforts without express authorization from owners or authorized representatives.
17. No members can submit articles that have links promoting other article submission networks that charge or are free for access to their service. Submission of these articles with direct links or affiliate links will be deleted without warning. There is no exception and no warning.

Responsibility of Contributors.

If you operate a website, comment on a website, post material to the website, post links on the website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the website (any such material, ‘Content’), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

• the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;
• you have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms;
• the Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content;the Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
• the Content is not obscene, libelous or defamatory, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
• your site is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your site’s URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own; and
• you have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards or otherwise.

By submitting Content to Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards for inclusion on your Website, you grant Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your site. If you delete Content, Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’s reasonable opinion, violates any Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’s sole discretion. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

Fees and Payment.

Optional premium paid services such as article writing services, additional submission services, etc may be offered. By selecting a premium service you agree to pay Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a premium service and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual period as indicated. Premium service fees are not refundable.

Responsibility of Website Visitors.

Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating the Website, Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. By linking to a non- Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards website or webpage, Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards, www.Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards.com, the Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards, or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards or Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards or third-party trademarks.

Changes.

Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Termination.

Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a VIP Services account, such account can only be terminated by Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’s notice to you thereof; provided that, Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties.

The materials on Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards’s web site are provided ‘as is’. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitation of Liability.

In no event will Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

General Representation and Warranty.

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

Article Propel by SEO Rank Wizards may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
